CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms of Payment

1. The balance shall be paid in full by Customer upon delivery of equipment or installation if installation is arranged. The repair services require a full payment upon receiving invoice by the Customer.
2. A service charge will be charged on all accounts past due date. All legal costs incurred for collection of past due amounts will be charged to the Customer.
3. 50% deposit is required for large equipment orders (like chairs, X-Rays, etc.). The Customer’s approval signature on “Proposal/Estimate” form from DMS USA, Inc. will initiate an equipment order. Equipment orders are not cancelable. In case of financing of equipment by financial institution the full payment from financial company is required prior equipment delivery/installation.
4. We accept PayPal, Visa and Master cards.

Pricing

Pricing may not include training, installation, shipping or handling.
We reserve the right to make final price adjustment in response to
Manufacturer’s price increasing /reducing, sales tax changing or to correct typographical errors.

Returns and exchange.

1. All returns are acceptable within 30 Days of original invoice and subject to 25% restocking charge.
2. No credit on Special Orders, Stationary Equipment or equipment with note “Unreturnable”.
3. All returned items require prior authorization. They must include Return Authorization Number given by DMS USA, Inc., as well as copy of original invoice.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Please, do not sent any merchandise without outer protective package. Credit will not be issued for items received damaged due to improper packaging.
Any used or opened product cannot be return for credit.
5. Items returned as defective will be credited or exchanged after approval by the manufacturer. Please allow 4-5 weeks for factory authorization.
6. Customer is responsible for freight charges of shipping returned merchandise to DMS USA, Inc.

 

Delivery and Installation

1. All equipment purchased from DMS USA, Inc. will be delivered and installed by DMS USA, Inc. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for manufacturer’s delays or for delays beyond its reasonable control.
2. Risk of loss as to all items sold by DMS USA, Inc. will pass to Buyer upon delivery to the “Delivery Address”. Title to these items will pass to Buyer only upon Seller’s receipt of payment in full.
3. DMS USA, Inc Company is not responsible for assembly and installation work performed by persons other than its own employees unless these employees are appointed/approved by DMS USA, Inc.
4. Labor will be charged for disconnecting and reconnecting old equipment at new location. Moving charges of old equipment to new location are the obligation of the purchaser.
5. The cost of dental equipment does not include the installation of new plumbing, changes to existing plumbing, electrical, carpentry work or flooring. Parts and material required to install, connect, and/or disconnect equipment, which are not supplied by the manufacturer, will be charged to purchaser.
6. Purchaser will be responsible for having plumber, electrician and/or carpenter present during installation if installation requires one.
7. Customer Service of DMS USA, Inc. must be contacted within 48 hours if any discrepancies are found with shipment of item.

Warranty

DMS USA, Inc. will honor the full duration of each manufacturer’s warranty on parts. There is a 90 days following installation warranty on labor, except when improper functioning of equipment caused by misuse, negligence or accident.

This agreement represents the sole obligation of DMS USA, Inc  with respect to the equipment sold hereunder, and under no circumstances shall DMS USA, Inc be responsible or liable for any costs or damages, including consequential or incidental damages which arise in any way from the purchase or installation of the equipment sold.
